Answer-
Intelligence Quotient is a psychological test to evaluate mental level or ability of a child. On the basis of marks scored in this test different categories of children are made. These categories differentiate normal children from above average children at upper side and below normal at lower side. A number of psychologists have presented different I. Q. classification, among them Terman’s classification is widely used and all other classifications also depend upon his classification. Terman’s classification of I.Q. is as follows :

The classification based on the intelligence tests suitable to the India conditions is also developed by many Indian psychologists, but professor Udai Shankar’s classification is more in practice. His classification is as follow :
