Sexual harassment refers to such undesirable sexual behaviour or verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that results in undue interference with the work of a person or that the workplace environment becomes intimidating, hostile or abusive. This includes the most serious cases ranging from irritating abuse to sexual abuse and violence including rape.
Sexual Harassment Act 2013 : The definition of sexual harassment includes any one or more of the following, undesirable (direct or indirect) conduct :
➤ Physical contact or attempt thereto
➤ Sexual demands or offers
➤ Sexual remarks
➤ Showing pornography
➤ Any other form of unwelcome sexual or sensual conduct, whether physical, verbal, non-verbal.
